Ukraine: Format Show and Content Market, on 11-14 September
Kiev Media Week, a range of international events for TV, movie and media business experts, will take on 11-14 September in Ukraine, hosting the Format Show which will open other events, including the Ukrainian Content Market.On 11 September 2012, the Format Show will provide formats premier presentations and screenings for format producers and distributors as Endemol, Zodiak Rights, SevenOne International (now, Red Arrow International) BBC, Banijay International, Armoza Formats, Sony , DRG, ITV, Eyeworks, Cineflix, Small World IFT, All3Media, PACT, Telemundo, Televisa and TV Azteca.
The Ukrainian Content Market, from 12 to 14 September 2012, will meet European and CIS producers, distributors and buyers of audiovisual content for TV and new media.
Victoria Yarmoshchuk, director of Kiev Media Week, said: ‘One moth prior the other industrial events we managed to gather the leading distributors of audiovisual content. Comparing to the last year, the amount of registered participants, both buyers and sellers, is two times higher. We have many participants, including producers and distributors from Russia and other CIS country. We would be happy to see more buyers from the Eastern Europe’.
Other events taking place during the Kiev Media Week are the Film Business (12 September), the Television as Business conference (13 September), and the Digital Broadcasting conference (14 September).
