Keshet International: Cynthia Kennedy, new Sales Director
Keshet International, the worldwide distribution and production arm of Keshet Media Group, has appointed Cynthia Kennedy as Sales Director. Based in London, she will be reporting to Keren Shahar, Head of Distribution & Acquisitions.Shahar said of her appointment: ‘Cynthia has excellent relationships with the international broadcast and production community and I have no doubt she will be a great asset to our expanding sales team’.
Kennedy added: ‘Israel is now recognized as a creative hub and a top exporter of formats, and I am very happy that Keshet have asked me to join at such company. I look forward to working with the KI team and regional offices to bring Keshet’s brands to the widest international audience possible’.
Before joining Keshet, Kennedy worked in BBC Worldwide as Senior Sales Executive, Format Licensing and has also held a number of senior sales roles at companies including Zodiak Entertainment, Outright Distribution, ID Distribution, Parthenon, A&E Television Networks and Channel 4 International.
