At the 2025 IBC Show, it’s Safety First for Telemetrics
Safety is a key focus of Telemetrics‘ presence at this year’s IBC Show, with new collision avoidance and wearable tracking technology among several key advancements across the product line to keep talent and crew safe.At its 2025 IBC Show Stand (12.G42), Telemetrics will show new software and hardware products that boost operational capabilities across its entire portfolio of robotic camera control systems.
These significant improvements include the addition of new features that help the Telemetrics Wireless OmniGlide Robotic Roving Platform and new TeleScope robotic jib work smarter; and ultra-wideband sensors that allow the rover and the TG4/5 camera trolley and its ceiling- and floor-mounted track systems to move more smoothly, accurately, and safely.
New! TeleScope Robotic Jib
The new TeleScope Jib is the industry’s first fully robotic jib, complete with an OmniGlide rover as its base for unlimited mobility and dozens of safety sensors that cover the product.
“When designing the TeleScope, safety had a big factor in the design,” said Michael Cuomo, Vice President of Telemetrics. “Smooth and quiet robotics were part of the initial development, but the product wasn’t complete until it could be safely operated remotely.”
Designed to work with virtually any professional camera on the market, the new TeleScope robotic jib can capture shots that would be difficult or impossible to get with other equipment, such as high overhead shots, long sweeping moves, or shots low to the ground.
The TeleScope is available for shipping now (in different sizes) and can also be retrofitted onto any OmniGlide currently in use.
