Blink49 Studios Taps shaftesbury’s Dylen Postnikoff as new VP of Marketing and Communications

A seasoned and award-winning marketing executive, Postnikoff brings more than a decade of experience spearheading bold, globally resonant campaigns for some of the industry’s most celebrated television properties. Her creative leadership and strategic insight have helped propel iconic series such as the Emmy® Award-winning Schitt’s Creek, Kim’s Convenience, and Anne with an E into international success stories.

Blink49 Studios, a FIFTH SEASON-backed company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dylen Postnikoff as Vice President, Marketing and Communications, effective today June 16, 2025. Based in the company’s Los Angeles office, Postnikoff will report to Nelson Kuo-Lee, Chief Operating Officer.

Most recently, Postnikoff served as Vice President of Brand Marketing and Communications at Shaftesbury, where she led cross-platform marketing initiatives for the company’s primetime hits such as Murdoch Mysteries, Hudson & Rex, and Departure, which have reached audiences in over 120 countries. Her work strengthened Shaftesbury’s global brand presence while fostering strong partnerships across the international media landscape.
 
Prior to Shaftesbury, Postnikoff held the role of Head of TV Entertainment and Content Marketing at CBC, where she developed breakthrough campaigns that propelled Canadian series into global phenomena. Her leadership helped cultivate devoted fan communities and fundamentally elevated the perception of Canadian content on the international stage.
