Dori Media’s unscripted format power couple Surpasses 25 Global territories amidst successful multi-platform Ggrowth

The debut of a new 24/7 version in the U.S. Hispanic and Mexican markets, alongside strategic renewals in Europe and a new licensing agreement in Finland, reaffirms the global momentum of the reality franchise.

Dori Media has officially announced that its hit unscripted format Power Couple, created by Abot Hameiri (Fremantle Israel), has surpassed 25 global territories in sales, securing key renewals across multiple regions. This milestone, revealed by Dori Media CEO Nadav Palti on April 15, 2026, coincides with the successful debut of a new 24/7 version across Televisa/Univision’s platforms in the U.S. Hispanic market and Mexico.

The Spanish-language adaptation, titled locally as ¿Apostarías por mí? (Would You Bet on Me?), was produced by Fremantle Mexico and featured twelve prominent celebrity couples. The program maintained a robust broadcast schedule, airing weekdays on Unimas with Sunday Galas on Univision and Las Estrellas, while remaining available for continuous viewing via the streaming service ViX.

The evolution of the format into a 24/7 experience was a collaborative effort between Abot Hameiri and Dori Media, designed to extend the Power Couple universe across broadcast, cable, and digital platforms to meet contemporary viewing habits. Reflecting on this strategic expansion, Nadav Palti stated: “We are truly proud of the growth of ‘Power Couple’ globally and so excited that our new 24/7 version has gotten off to such a strong start in the U.S. Hispanic and Mexican markets with our partners at Televisa/Univision. This format has been tremendously successful with celebrity and non-celebrity editions and now we are very excited to expand our ‘Power Couple’ offering to include this new 24/7 version which can play across broadcast, cable, streaming and digital platforms.”

On a global scale, Dori Media’s international sales team has successfully licensed the format in leading markets including Germany, Brazil, India, and Mexico, with a recent agreement finalized in Finland with Yellow Film. The franchise’s longevity is further evidenced by a series of significant renewals in Europe, where the show is set to return for its tenth season on RTL Hungary, its fourth season on Antena in Romania, and its seventh season on Nova in Bulgaria. To date, the Power Couple format has generated more than 70 seasons and over 1,250 episodes produced worldwide, solidifying its status as a staple of primetime reality programming.

The format’s adaptability remains a core strength for its continued international journey.
