Lilly Krug to star in Aaron Fisher´s horror thriller Corporate Retreat

Passage Pictures, the Los Angeles-based production company, announces that Lilly Krug, described by Variety as “a memorable femme fatale” for her performance alongside John Malkovich in the film “Shattered,” has landed the lead role in “Corporate Retreat,” an elevated horror-thriller written and directed by Aaron Fisher (“Inside the Rain”). In addition to “Shattered,” Krug also appeared in “The Plane” opposite Gerard Butler. 

“Corporate Retreat” follows a group of corporate executives from a rising tech company attending a company retreat at a remote desert mansion. The team-bonding trip turns into a blood-soaked competition when the group is trapped in a sadistic game of survival.

Fisher’s directorial debut was the critically acclaimed “Inside the Rain,” starring Academy Award-nominee Rosie Perez.  Showtime acquired the film after its premiere at the Woodstock Film Festival. Fisher describes “Corporate Retreat” as "an exploration of resilience in the face of a hierarchy that cares nothing at all for your wellbeing.” The script was co-written by Kerri Lee Romeo.

The movie is being produced by Passage Pictures’ Uri Singer (“White Noise”). Singer states, 'We see ‘Corporate Retreat’ as a chilling takedown of corporate culture that blends horror and social satire - it’s a gory mix of The Menu and Saw'.

Production on “Corporate Retreat” is slated to begin this June.
