TV Azteca/Comarex (Mexico) highlights at MIPTV its brand-new telenovela Emperatriz (120x'60), as well as comedy series Lucho en Familia (40x'60), which follows the life of a retired wrestler with great family values who has to return to the ring to support his family.TV Azteca's drama series Men Wanted was adapted by 03 Productions for MBC 4, the pan-Arab free-to-air satellite TV channel from the MBC Group, which was premiered at the beginning of 2011 in Qatar and 14 countries in the Middle East.
Other productions from TV Azteca are Bajo el Alma (96x'60), the story of a family who has to deal with the troubles at a pharmaceutical laboratory that is their family heritage; When Night Falls (24x'60) explores the world of dangers hidden by night; Drowning City (20x'60) is about an old conspiracy and the disparity that arises between two different worlds in the darkest depths of Mexico City.
